# Data Capture

Data capture lets you collect participant information before photos are delivered.&#x20;

Data capture in Virtual Booth is always required — participants must opt in before accessing the capture page.

If data capture is accidentally disabled during an event, participant information cannot be recovered after the event.

#### Enabling Data Capture <a href="#h_07384b727b" id="h_07384b727b"></a>

Data capture is enabled from your [Preset Settings](https://app.simplebooth.com/presets).&#x20;

Available Fields:&#x20;

* Email address
* First name
* Last name
* Phone number

#### Accessing Collected Data

Collected data appears in your [Analytics](https://www.simplebooth.com/analytics) page.&#x20;

From the Analytics page, you can:

* Filter results by gallery or date range
* Download collected data as a CSV file. The download option is located about halfway down the Analytics page.
