When to Create a New Gallery
Create and pair a new gallery with a new preset any time you're managing a new standalone event. This helps keep each event distinct and organized.
Public Gallery: Allows participants to browse and share photos from the specific event they attended, without mixing in photos from other events.
Private/Unlisted Gallery: Facilitates easily sharing a single gallery link or downloaded copies with your client, avoiding the hassle of sorting pictures from various events.
This is a good fit for:
Weddings
Birthdays and private parties
One-off corporate events
Client events where photos should stay separated
Creating a new gallery
While creating a new preset, you will be prompted to link it to an online gallery.
Create your preset, then advance to the gallery settings.
The system will default to creating a new gallery using the same name as the preset.
Before saving, you can update the gallery name (guests will see the gallery name) and choose a privacy level.
Save your preset & gallery pair, and advance to the preset settings.
