Create a New Gallery

Create and pair a new gallery with a new preset any time you're managing a new standalone event. This helps keep each event distinct and organized.

  • Public Gallery: Allows participants to browse and share photos from the specific event they attended, without mixing in photos from other events.

  • Private/Unlisted Gallery: Facilitates easily sharing a single gallery link or downloaded copies with your client, avoiding the hassle of sorting pictures from various events.

This is a good fit for:

  • Weddings

  • Birthdays and private parties

  • One-off corporate events

  • Client events where photos should stay separated


While creating a new preset, you will be prompted to link it to an online gallery.

  1. Create your preset, then advance to the gallery settings.

    • The system will default to creating a new gallery using the same name as the preset.

  2. Before saving, you can update the gallery name (guests will see the gallery name) and choose a privacy level.

  3. Save your preset & gallery pair, and advance to the preset settings.
