# Run Your Event

You've built your booth, so now let's get it running smoothly on event day. This step covers your final checks, launching the booth, and wrapping up afterward.

#### Before your event

* Run through the [pre-event checklist](https://docs.simplebooth.com/running-your-event/preparing-for-events/pre-event-checklist) to confirm your iPad, app, and settings are ready and to avoid unexpected problems.
* At the venue, double-check your [camera settings](https://docs.simplebooth.com/running-your-event/preparing-for-events/camera-and-screen-settings) so every photo looks its best.

#### Launch your booth

When you're ready, [launch your booth](https://docs.simplebooth.com/running-your-event/preparing-for-events/launching-your-booth) to put it into Booth Mode, and enable Guided Access.

#### During and after your event

* If your iPad loses internet, photos wait safely in the [offline upload queue](https://docs.simplebooth.com/running-your-event/offline-upload-queue) and send once you're back online. Check it before you tear down.
* If problems arise, check the [quick troubleshooting guide](https://docs.simplebooth.com/running-your-event/quick-troubleshooting-guide) for help with common issues.
* When the event's over, the [post-event checklist](https://docs.simplebooth.com/running-your-event/after-events/post-event-checklist) helps you wrap up and download photos from your account.
