Benefits & Coverage
The Simple Care Protection Plan can be added to your HALO kit purchase for $299. It provides two years of coverage, including
Covers product defects beyond the standard warranty, for 2 years.
Up to two repair incidents during the two-year period are covered. Ground shipping within the U.S. for repairs is complimentary.
Expedited shipping is available for the additional cost difference. Coverage includes:
Accidental damage (e.g., drops or falls).
Normal wear and tear
Product defects
The most frequent repair is ring light damage, typically costing around $325 plus shipping. Under Simple Care, this would count as one incident and the repair cost is fully covered.
Get a 50% discount on replacement parts and faceplate upgrades during the coverage period.
Common parts include:
iPad faceplate
Power cord
Grip head
Upgrading your iPad and faceplate ensures your HALO stays compatible with the latest features and technology.
Not covered:
iPads. Consider AppleCare+ for additional protection.
Natural disasters and theft. These are typically handled by business insurance.
Simple Care must be purchased at the time you buy your new HALO.
Repair Process
If your HALO hardware requires service, follow these steps to get your unit to our service center. We provide support 7 days a week and typically respond within one business day.
Submit a Request: Email [email protected] with any questions, or complete the repair form directly with details about the damage and your event timeline.
Review: We will review your submission and follow up with any clarifying questions.
Invoice & Shipping: Pay the repair invoice to receive your prepaid shipping label via email.
Ship your HALO: Securely pack your unit and ship it to our service center using the provided label.
Service: Average turnaround is 1–2 weeks. This includes a full inspection by our hardware team to ensure everything is functioning perfectly.
Return: Your repaired HALO will be shipped back to you. We will provide tracking information so you can monitor its arrival.
While we monitor requests 7 days a week, please allow for additional response time during holidays or high-volume periods.
