Simple Booth accepts payment by credit card, ACH, or check. PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo are also supported.
ShopPay is available for U.S. customers.
For purchase orders or vendor setup, email [email protected] for assistance.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment or receipt of a purchase order. Transit time depends on the selected shipping speed, and tracking will be provided once your order is dispatched.
HALO kits are not compatible with all iPad models.
If using your own iPad, check device compatibility before purchasing.
International shipments may incur additional taxes or duties during customs clearance. You are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes, including VAT. Contact us at [email protected] with your shipping address for a personalized estimate.
If your order includes software, your license will not automatically activate on your Simple Booth account.
After you sign up and verify your account, our team will add your software license. Please do not submit a second software payment!
We accept returns, exchanges, and repairs for damaged or defective hardware within 30 days of purchase (some exceptions apply).
