HALO is designed with a removable faceplate that securely holds your iPad while allowing for easy removal when needed.
This faceplate is only compatible with specific iPad models.

iPad Pro 11" – 4th Gen
iPad Pro 11" – 3rd Gen
iPad Pro 11" – 2nd Gen
iPad Pro 11" – 1st Gen
iPad Air 10.9" – 5th Gen
iPad Air 10.9" – 4th Gen
For Current HALO Owners
HALOs purchased after February 2023: The models listed above are compatible with your setup.
HALOs purchased before February 2023: Compatibility will vary. Please contact our team to confirm which iPads will work with your version of HALO.
📍 Note: The latest versions of the app require iOS 17 or later. If your current iPad doesn't support iOS 17, we recommend upgrading to a newer model from the list above.
If you want to switch to a newer iPad model and your HALO was purchased before February 2023:
You can purchase a new faceplate that works with your upgraded iPad.
If your old iPad used a Lightning connector, you’ll also need to upgrade to a USB-C charging cable for compatibility.
