Send & Print

The Send & Print card controls the guest experience at the end of a session.

As the host, you decide which sharing methods are available. All digital options include a direct link to the participant’s photo in your gallery.

How it Works

At the end of their session, participants are prompted to choose how they would like to receive their digital copies or physical prints.

Available Sharing Options by Plan

Sharing methods and the ability to customize outgoing messages vary depending on your plan. Only the options you enable will appear on the iPad for your guests.

  • QR code

  • Email

  • Text message (SMS, US only)

  • WhatsApp (messages sent from Simple Booth’s business account)

  • AirDrop

  • Printing

Message Customization

Outgoing messages via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS use a default message: "Your photo from Simple Booth!" This message cannot be changed on the Lite plan.

Configuring Sharing Options

  1. Toggle Enable: Use the switch to turn each individual sharing tool on or off for your guests.

  2. Access Individual Settings: When a sharing option supports customization (available on Plus, Pro, and Select), click on the feature name in the menu to open its specific configuration settings.
