Create a Preset
What is a preset?
Your preset controls how your HALO booth looks and behaves during an event.
Every photo your booth captures is created using a preset and sent to a connected gallery. These two pieces work together, but they serve different roles.
Presets
Presets control the booth-side experience, including:
Photo layout and design
Filters and visual effects
Editing tools available to participants
Sharing methods like text message or QR codes
Participant data capture (Pro and Select plans only)
Galleries
Galleries control the online experience after the photo is taken. They manage where photos are saved and how participants view and share them later.
You’ll fully configure galleries in the next step. For now, the important thing to know is that every preset must be paired with a gallery.
