# Stickers

Stickers are a flexible way for guests to decorate their photos. Unlike [digital props](/copy-of-halo-app/experience-designer/post-capture/edit-tools/digital-props.md), which use face detection to anchor to specific facial features, stickers can be manually dragged, dropped, and resized anywhere on the canvas. This gives participants complete creative control over where they place their flair.

***

#### How it Works

After choosing the prop tool, participants can:

* **Add Stickers:** Participants tap any sticker from your library to add it to the layout.
* **Sticker Adjustments:** Once a sticker is on the layout, guests can use their finger to move, resize, or rotate the image.
* **Delete:** If a guest changes their mind, they can select the sticker and tap the delete icon to remove it from the canvas.

***

#### Configuration Settings

1. **Toggle Enable:** Use the switch to turn the Stickers tool on or off.
2. **Design Your Stickers:** Your graphics must be designed before uploading, as stickers cannot be created or edited within Simple Booth.
 * **Format:** PNG with transparency (required).
 * **Suggested size:** \~800 × 800 px.
 * **Max file size:** 1 MB.
3. **Upload Stickers:** Add your finished graphics to your settings via the online dashboard.
 * *Note: Stickers cannot be uploaded directly within the iPad app at this time.*
