Starting a Subscription

An active subscription is required to access your online dashboard, customize event settings, and launch the HALO app in Booth Mode. Simple Booth will only prompt you for payment if your account does not already have an active license.

With the exception of store orders or invoices, your account is activated the moment you subscribe. You can begin customizing your presets and galleries or launch an event right away.


Subscribing through our website is the best way to maintain full control over your account. It allows our support team to provide direct billing assistance and is required if you plan to manage multiple licenses for a team.

  1. Sign in to your dashboard and navigate to your account's Billing.

  2. Select your desired software tier and payment interval (weekly, monthly, or annual).

  3. On the summary page, you can adjust your plan, switch intervals, or increase the number of licenses.

  4. Enter your credit card information and submit payment.

Your account is activated immediately upon successful payment.


Subscribing via In-App Purchase

If you are already on-site with your iPad, you can subscribe directly through the HALO app using your Apple ID.

  1. Download the HALO app (or update to the latest version) and sign in.

  2. The app will prompt you to select a plan and term.

  3. Confirm with Apple: Apple will prompt you to confirm the purchase.

  4. Note your Apple ID: The Apple ID displayed during this prompt is the only account that can manage or cancel this subscription later.

Once the transaction is complete, the app will unlock your settings so you can begin customizing your event.


Store Orders

If you purchased your license in our store or were invoiced by a member of our sales team, your software won't be activated immediately. Contact us by replying to your payment confirmation email, and our team will activate your license(s).
