Archiving Presets

Presets can be archived either directly within the HALO app or via your online dashboard.

From the HALO app

  • From the Preset List: Swipe left on a preset and tap the Archive icon (file box).

  • From Preset Settings: Open the settings for a specific preset and tap the Archive button near the top of the screen.

Presets cannot be unarchived from the app; you must use the online dashboard to restore them.

From the Online Dashboard

  • From the Preset List: Find your preset, click the Actions dropdown, and select Archive with Gallery.

  • From Preset Settings: Open the specific preset, click the Actions dropdown in the top-right, and select Archive.

Archiving in bulk

You can archive several presets at once from both the HALO app and the online dashboard.

From the HALO App

  1. Open your Preset List.

  2. Tap the list icon in the bottom-right corner to open the selector tool.

  3. Tap each preset you want to archive.

  4. Tap Archive at the bottom of the screen.

From the Online Dashboard

  1. Open your Preset List.

  2. Click the checkbox to the left of each preset you want to archive.

  3. Click Archive at the bottom of the screen.

You can also unarchive presets in bulk from the dashboard. Switch to the Archived tab, select the presets you want to restore, and click Unarchive at the bottom of the screen.

Accessing your archive

Your archive cannot be accessed in the app and must be opened from your account online.

  1. Open your Preset List.

  2. By default, you’ll see Active Presets.

  3. Click the Archived button in the top-right corner to view archived presets.

Restore presets

  1. Open your Preset List and switch to the Archived tab.

  2. Find the preset you want to restore.

  3. Use the Actions dropdown on the right side of the page.

  4. Select Unarchive.
