Sharing Account Access

Sharing licenses allows you to streamline operations by centralizing billing under one primary account while distributing "seats" to other team members or departments.

Common Use Cases

  • Centralized Billing: Manage all subscriptions on a single parent account and assign licenses to regional teams.

  • Collaboration: Provide account access to teammates or external contractors who need to manage booth settings.

  • High-Volume Activations: Support multi-venue events more efficiently by distributing licenses to on-site leads.


License Management

A valid license is required to access settings and launch events using the HALO app. Licenses can be moved between accounts as your staffing needs change.

Granting License Access

  1. Ensure the recipient has created and verified their own Simple Booth account.

  2. Navigate to your Licenses page.

  3. Check the box next to the license you wish to share.

  4. Select Assign from the actions menu.

  5. Enter the recipient’s email address and click Go.

The license is now active on their account immediately.


Revoking License Access

  1. Return to your Licenses page.

  2. Check the box next to the license you want to retrieve.

  3. Choose Unassign from the actions menu

  4. Click “Go”

The license returns to your account and becomes usable immediately.
