How Profiles Are Accessed

Once your Public Profile is enabled, there are two primary ways for event guests and participants to find your business information.

Profile Link

When your profile is enabled, a link to your professional profile is displayed in the top-left corner of your online galleries. This provides a constant, subtle way for guests to see who provided the photo experience.

The profile link automatically includes:

  • Avatar: Your profile picture.

  • Display Name: Your chosen business name.

  • Username: Your unique profile handle.

If your display name is left empty, the system will default to using your first name and last initial.

To remove your profile link from the gallery, disable your profile.

Profile Ads

Profile ads are specialized placements that appear between photos as participants scroll through your public gallery page. These act as "in-feed" advertisements for your business.

  • Granular Control: Profile ads are managed within your specific Gallery settings. This allows you to enable ads for certain events (like public marketing activations) and disable them for others (like private weddings).

  • Included Info: Like the profile link, ads feature your avatar and display name.

Profile Ads can be enabled or disabled in your gallery settings.

The profile link is in the top left corner. A profile ad is displayed on the right side.
