PII Management
The Personally Identifiable Information (PII) purging tool allows you to permanently remove sensitive participant data from your account. This is a critical feature for users who must comply with specific data privacy regulations or corporate security policies.
Data Retention
Before initiating a purge, ensure you have archived any information you may need for future marketing or reporting.
Backup Data: Use the download button within your PII settings to export your Data Capture records before they are permanently deleted.
What Information is Purged?
When a purge is performed, the following participant details are permanently removed from the Simple Booth databases:
Email addresses
Phone numbers
First and last names
Postal codes
Birthdates
Last updated
