Billing
You can access your Billing information through the Account Management section of your dashboard or by clicking your avatar icon in the top-right corner and selecting Billing from the dropdown menu.

Subscription Methods
Simple Booth offers three ways to subscribe to a software plan. Where you subscribe determines how you manage your payments and renewals.
In-App Purchase
When you subscribe directly through the HALO app using your Apple ID, your plan information will be visible in your Simple Booth account, but you must manage the subscription (including cancellations or updates) through your Apple account settings.
Directly via Simple Booth
When you subscribe through our website, our team has full insight into your billing history. This allows us to provide direct support for billing inquiries and refunds. We recommend subscribing with us directly whenever possible.
Work with Sales
If you make a purchase in our online store or work with our sales team, we will manually activate your software license. These licenses are not technically a subscription and will expire at the end of the term.
Converting to Simple Booth Billing
If you currently have an In-App Purchase or a manual license, you can convert to Simple Booth billing directly from your account.
Why convert?
Multiple Licenses: Direct billing is required if you need to add multiple licenses to a single account to activate multiple devices simultaneously.
Centralized Management: Manage all aspects of your subscription and team access from one dashboard.
Move to automated billing: If you have a manual license, convert to a subscription for automated renewals and more direct control over your account.
